Pricing and Payment
All prices for our Services are clearly displayed within the Saystory mobile application and on our website (https://saystory.co), including any applicable Value Added Tax (VAT), where required.
If you purchase a product or service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to provide payment and billing details including your name, card number, expiry date, billing address, and contact details. By submitting this information, you confirm:
You are legally authorised to use the provided payment method
The information is accurate and up to date
We may use a third-party payment processor (e.g. Stripe) to complete your transaction securely. Payment details are processed directly by the provider and are not stored or accessible by us.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, errors in pricing or availability, or incomplete payment.
All purchases must be paid in advance. Access to the Service will not be granted until full payment is received.
Note: If you purchase via Apple’s App Store or Google Play, billing and cancellation will be handled by the respective platform, and subject to their terms and policies.
Saystory offers monthly and annual subscription plans, billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle. Your subscription will automatically renew under the same terms unless cancelled prior to renewal.
To manage or cancel your subscription:
You can do so through your in-app account settings
Or, if subscribed via Apple/Google, directly through the App Store or Google Play
By providing your payment details, you authorise us to charge recurring fees to your chosen method of payment. If automatic billing fails, you will be notified and must complete the payment manually within the stated deadline. Access may be restricted until payment is received.
We may offer a time-limited free trial for new users. You may be required to enter payment information to begin the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin, and the relevant fee will be charged.
You can cancel at any time during the trial without being charged. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the free trial offer at any time.
We may modify subscription prices at our discretion. Any changes will apply only to future billing cycles. We will notify you in advance of any upcoming changes, giving you the opportunity to cancel your subscription before the new pricing takes effect.
Continued use of the Service after a price change indicates your acceptance of the new price.
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time or cancelled subscriptions. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at hello@saystory.co.
For subscriptions made via Apple or Google, all billing and refund requests must be handled through the respective platform.
